Smoothie bowls are so easy to prepare, yet so appealing as you can use your creativity to arrange the toppings and make your breakfast a feast! Involve the kids to decorate their own bowl, and serve them a high dose of vitamins for breakfast.

Vitamin C is often associated with citrus fruit, but did you know that pineapple and mango are high in vitamin C too? It makes this bowl of summer fruits a great breakfast to kick-start your day.

 

Ingredients:

  • 100 gram Frozen Pineapple chunks
  • 100 gram Frozen Mango
  • 1/3 C Coconut Milk
  • ½ Banana (50 gram)
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  •  

    Optional toppings:

  • Banana
  • Coconut
  • Blueberries
  • Pear
  •  

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to your OmniBlend, and use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades (press in the corners of the jug), until smooth. Serve in a bowl, and add toppings of your choice.
