Mango is such a versatile summer fruit, delicious on its own, and a great flavour booster for smoothies and juices. This summer juice is refreshing, as the zesty grapefruit balances the sweetness of the mango. With a high dose of vitamin A and C, and a good amount of dietary fibre, this is a nutritious drink for the whole family.

 

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • ½ C cold water
  • 2 baby carrots
  • ½ Grapefruit
  • 120 gram Mango
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  •  

    Directions:

    Peel the grapefruit, and remove any visible seeds. Wash & stem the carrots, prepare the mango, and add all ingredients to your OmniBlend. Blend for 30 seconds starting at low speed, increasing to high. Blend a little longer for a super smooth result.
