Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your OmniKitchen purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and returns policy below.
Returns Period

Returns are accepted within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund:

The unit must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

The packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received (no damage, writing, or labels applied directly to the box).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.
Return Fees

A return handling and courier fee of R280 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover logistics and processing costs.

Any additional courier costs incurred due to incorrect return packaging or failed deliveries may also be deducted.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Normal wear and tear parts, accessories, or consumables.
-
Products returned outside the 14-day return window.
Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Warranty Information

OmniBlend products include a 3-year warranty on the motor only.

OmniJuice includes a 7-year warranty on the motor only.

OmniAqua includes a 2-year warranty on the motor only.

SousChef Sous Vide includes a 1-year warranty.

Neovide includes a 1-year warranty.

These warranties do not cover wear and tear parts, misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or normal product deterioration.

Warranty claims are handled separately from refunds and are subject to inspection and approval.
