Sear, roast and serve like the professionals do - with cast aluminium cookware that's non-toxic, stick-resistant and built to perform.

Sear it.

Get a proper sear and even heat on any cooktop. The 6.8mm cast aluminium body heats efficiently, so you don't need to crank it to max to get a golden crust.

Finish it.

Move straight into the oven, up to 320°C, without switching pots or losing any heat. The AluShield® exterior is built to handle sustained high heat without cracking, warping or breaking down.

Serve it.

Bring it straight from the oven to the table - no extra serving dish, no extra washing up, so plating up is as effortless as the cook itself.

*Glass lids and the Miniature Serving Casserole are oven-safe up to 200°C; all other pieces up to 320°C. The Miniature Serving Casserole is not suitable for induction cooktops.

FAQs

How does the ceramic non-stick interior work?

AluChef's interior is coated with a ceramic layer that's completely free from PFAS, PTFE and other harmful chemicals. The ultra-smooth surface allows food to release easily with minimal oil, while resisting scratches and stains through daily use.

Is AluChef non-toxic?

Yes. The ceramic interior contains zero PFAS, PTFE or other forever chemicals, so nothing leaches into your food - even at high heat.

How is AluChef different from cast iron?

AluChef delivers the same even heat, sear and heat retention as cast iron, at a quarter to a third of the weight. The cast aluminium body heats efficiently and is far easier to lift, pour and clean, without sacrificing performance.

What's the warranty on AluChef cookware?

The cast aluminium body carries a 10-year limited warranty covering structural cracking, casting defects or warping under normal domestic use. The ceramic interior carries a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Glass lids and accessories aren't covered under long-term warranty.

Can you use AluChef on induction cooktops?

Most of the range, yes - AluChef works across every cooktop, including induction, gas, ceramic, electric and halogen. The one exception is the Miniature Serving Casserole, which is not suitable for induction cooktops.

What temperatures is AluChef safe for?

The cast aluminium body and AluShield® exterior coating are designed to withstand oven heat up to 320°C. Glass lids and knob components are typically lower, around 200-220°C - always check the rating on your specific piece.

Do I need to prep AluChef before first use?

Yes. Wash with warm, soapy water, dry thoroughly, then lightly wipe the interior with a little cooking oil before your first cook. This conditions the ceramic surface and supports easy food release from day one.

How do you care for AluChef cookware?

Use low to medium heat for most cooking, wooden or silicone utensils, and hand wash with warm soapy water. Avoid metal utensils, aerosol sprays, and cutting directly in the pan to keep the ceramic interior performing at its best.

Is AluChef dishwasher safe?

Occasional dishwasher use on a gentle cycle is fine, but hand washing is recommended for the longest life and best appearance of the ceramic interior and AluShield exterior.
