This Mango Lassi is an excellent thirst quencher on a hot day. Originally from India, and no doubt it will bring back memories of holidays to the East, or make you want to visit sometime soon!

Cardamom aids digestion, and can reduce bloating.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C Mango
  • 1/2 C yoghurt
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 or 2 cardamom pods (optional)
  •  

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to the OmniBlend jug, and blend for 30 seconds, starting at low speed, increasing to high.

    Enjoy!
