Variety is the spice to life, so make something different for breakfast every once in a while! This Berry Bliss Bowl is quick to prepare, and is packed with vitamine C, potassium, and B-vitamins. It would make for a healthy afternoon snack on a sunny day too!

Visit your closest EuroBerry factory shop for frozen fruits and coconut flakes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C plain yoghurt
  • ¼ C milk
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • ½ C frozen raspberries
  • ½ C frozen black currants
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • For serving:
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  •  

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to the OmniBlend jug (the 2ltr jug will work best as it's narrower at the bottom), and start blending on low, increasing to medium speed. Remove the cap from the lid, and use the tamper through the lid, to press the ingredients into the blades, to create a smooth texture.

    Serve in a bowl, and sprinkle with some coconut flakes.
