Omniaqua Installation Terms and Conditions
About this Voucher:
This Voucher covers the Installation of ONE OmniAqua only.
This Voucher Includes:
- Installation of the OmniAqua DCD8-HCU unit and all supplied accessories (PE pipe, T-shape water diverter, clips).
- Travel to the site within 30 km from major metropolitan cities such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban.
- Supply and connection of up to 2.5 m of PE piping.
- Connection of the T-shaped water diverter to the existing water supply.
- Power connection to a suitable grounded 3-pin socket.
- Basic operational demo (hot, cold and mixed water dispensing).
- Workmanship warranty valid for twelve (12) months from the completion date of installation.
This Voucher Excludes:
- Drilling of countertop or cabinetry (can be quoted for separately and paid directly to the installer)but is available should require the service provider to perform (cost to be discussed with them).
- Filling or finishing holes on the countertop or cabinetry (can be quoted for separately and paid directly to the installer).
- Additional plumbing work beyond the supplied diverter and 2.5 m pipe.
- Additional electrical work.
- Installation of a dedicated 16 A socket or any electrical upgrades.
- Relocation of the unit after initial installation.
- Filter replacements.
- Travel beyond 30 km from the listed cities.
General:
- If any hindrance exists that is not within the service provider’s control that prevents the installation from being completed, then a call-out fee will apply. For further details, please refer to the standard terms and conditions.
